Our Fellowship program offers the opportunity as a Trader Service Fellow; you will learn how Schwab supports clients with their trading and investing needs while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work alongside experienced professionals, participatein role-specific learning and development, and gain exposure to the systems, processes, and service standards that support Schwab clients.

During the 12-week fellowship program, you will receive appropriately scoped duties and responsibilities aligned with the Specialist, CS&S Trader Service role and will be assigned appropriate peer mentors, buddies and provide mid-point and closing feedback. This is a great opportunity to transition from your military service to a bright future as a civilian!
