We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

Schwab’s expanding eDiscovery team within Legal & Government Affairs is modernizing how the firm manages discovery operations, technology, and governance. As an eDiscovery Project Manager, you will lead complex litigation, regulatory, and investigative matters through the discovery lifecycle while developing scalable, defensible workflows that improve quality, consistency, and transparency.

Your project management, analytical thinking, and decision making will help the team evaluate risks, coordinate competing priorities, and responsibly apply analytics and AI-enabled review capabilities. You will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, technology partners, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems, strengthen operational practices, and deliver reliable outcomes. As the program evolves, your adaptability and process improvement mindset will shape standards, reporting, training, and user experiences across the firm

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead medium and large eDiscovery matters from intake through review, production, and closeout.
  • Configure and support RelativityOne workspaces, fields, layouts, searches, batches, review workflows, reporting, and matter-specific permissions.
  • Execute, test, refine, validate, and document search methodologies, search-term workflows, hit reporting, and analytics.
  • Coordinate data intake, processing, early case assessment, culling, analytics, review, production, quality control, and closeout activities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, decisions, validations, exceptions, handoffs, and status reporting.
  • Support the responsible implementation and validation of analytics, AI-enabled review workflows, and emerging legal technology capabilities.
  • Deliver training, onboarding, job aids, and operational guidance for attorneys, paralegals, and eDiscovery users.
  • Identify and escalate data, schedule, quality, security, privilege, and defensibility risks.
  • Help develop and mature scalable workflows, reporting, standards, and user experiences as Schwab modernizes its eDiscovery operating model.
  • Serve as a trained backup for platform administration and collection activities.
