Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Schwab’s Managed Accounts Solutions (MAS) team is responsible for the development, enhancement, and delivery of managed investing solutions, with a primary focus on Separately Managed Accounts (SMA). Serving individual investors, registered investment advisors, retirement plans, and institutional clients, the team partners with internal stakeholders and asset managers to deliver investment solutions that support Schwab's growth strategy and client experience. MAS is a centralized resource that helps ensure our managed account offerings remain competitive, scalable, and responsive to evolving client and market needs.

As a Director, Program Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for third-party asset managers across Schwab's managed accounts platform, including traditional and alternative SMA strategies. You will build and strengthen partnerships with both prospective and existing money managers, acting as a trusted advisor and central point of coordination throughout the manager lifecycle. From onboarding and strategy launches to ongoing governance, business reviews, and issue resolution, you will help managers successfully navigate Schwab's platform while identifying opportunities to enhance the overall managed accounts offering. The role will support a diverse set of investment strategies, including Long/Short SMA solutions, requiring an understanding of the operational, financing, margin, collateral, and servicing considerations that contribute to successful program delivery. Working across Trading, Margin, Treasury, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Advisor Services, and other business partners, you will influence decisions, solve complex challenges, and drive outcomes that improve manager experience, support business growth, and strengthen the durability of Schwab's managed investing platform.
