  • Serve as an escalation point for complex, high‑risk, or time‑sensitive wire transactions, exercising sound risk judgment and decision‑making.

Risk, Quality & Controls

  • Effectively identify, assess, and mitigate risk associated with wire activity, including fraud indicators, dollar thresholds, and exception handling.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
  • Partner with risk, supervision, and controls teams to address emerging risks, trends, and process gaps.

People Leadership & Coaching

  • Provide real‑time guidance, coaching, and support to team members handling wire transactions.
  • Support onboarding and training of new associates; reinforce policies, procedures, and best practices related to wire processing.
  • Deliver ongoing performance feedback, quality coaching, and development support to improve accuracy, efficiency, and confidence.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and client‑centric team culture.

Client & Partner Support

  • Serve as a primary contact for internal partners (e.g., branches, service teams, and Operations partners) related to wire inquiries and escalations.
  • Support resolution of client issues by conducting research, coordinating across teams, and ensuring clear, professional communication.
  • Proactively educate internal partners on wire processes, requirements, and risk considerations.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify trends, process inefficiencies, and recurring issues within wire operations.
  • Recommend and support process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the associate and client experience.
