The Corporate Analytics team sits at the center of firm providing decision support, delivering trusted insights, scalable reporting, and executive-ready analytics across the firm.

Within Corporate Analytics, the Sr. Analytics Consultant (individual contributor) directly supports the OneSchwab Performance Portal (OSPP), with a primary focus on Power BI development. The role is responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving enterprise-grade Power BI solutions that enable EC and Senior leadership to monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and make data-driven strategic decisions. This position emphasizes firmwide analytics, executive reporting, and standardized metrics rather than line-of-business or retail-only analytics.

What You Are Good At

  • Serving as a Power BI subject matter expert for OSPP analytics, owning end-to-end dashboard development from requirements through deployment and ongoing enhancement
  • Designing and delivering executive-ready Power BI dashboards that translate complex enterprise data into clear, actionable insights
  • Partnering with leaders across the firm and Corporate Analytics stakeholders to define business questions, success metrics, and reporting standards
  • Leading efforts to provide firmwide performance visibility using modern, scalable business intelligence platforms, with Power BI as the primary tool
  • Managing the analytics delivery lifecycle, including requirements intake, data sourcing, modeling, visualization, validation, and sustainment
  • Ensuring alignment to enterprise data standards, metric definitions, and governance practices
  • Collaborating with data engineering, data governance, and analytics partners to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability
  • Developing strong domain expertise in OSPP priorities, enterprise performance metrics, and key firmwide initiatives
  • Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to ensure analytics drive measurable business outcomes

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Analytics, with significant experience supporting executive or enterprise-level analytics
  • Expert-level Power BI skills, including:
    • Advanced data modeling and DAX
    • Performance optimization
    • Enterprise dashboard design and UX best practices
    • Power BI service deployment, security, and workspace management
  • Strong SQL expertise, including the ability to write complex queries from scratch and understand existing enterprise SQL code
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and reconciling data across systems to create standardized, trusted metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches and compelling visual stories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting insights to senior and executive audiences
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, agile environment while supporting highly visible, high-impact initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial services or large enterprise experience 
  • Advanced degree 

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
