The RCSA Program team within Enterprise and Operational Risk Management provides oversight and governance for Schwab's Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Issue Management programs. In this Senior Specialist role, you will serve as a key enablement partner supporting the execution, optimization, and ongoing evolution of Schwab's RCSA Program. Working across all three lines of defense, you will coordinate and execute RCSA and Issue Management program activities, facilitate reporting and certification cycles, support MyGRC enhancements, and provide guidance and training to stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and data, thoughtful verbal and written communication, adaptability, and the ability to translate evolving program needs into practical solutions that enhance consistency, scalability, and the overall effectiveness of the risk management environment.
