At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

Schwab Technology Services (STS) supports every enterprise at Schwab and delivers innovative technology solutions that create exceptional experiences for our clients and employees. As a Senior Manager, Technology Business Impact Change Lead within the BOET OCIO organization, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the STS NEXT technology transformation, helping leaders and teams successfully navigate large-scale organizational and technology change.

In this highly visible role, you will lead the strategy for identifying, translating, and driving adoption of business impacts associated with major transformation initiatives, beginning with the STS NEXT Operating Model. You will partner closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, technology teams, and the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to ensure organizational changes are clearly understood, effectively communicated, and successfully adopted. Your ability to connect transformation strategy to real business outcomes will help leaders make informed decisions, manage risks, and accelerate readiness across affected teams.

Success in this role requires someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate downstream impacts, and build alignment across interconnected initiatives. You will influence executive-level conversations, develop leader enablement resources, create visibility into transformation dependencies, and ensure business impact considerations remain a critical component of planning and execution. As transformation priorities evolve, you may also contribute to initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), Enterprise Delivery Enablement, Schwab India, Vendor Management, and other strategic programs, helping the organization adapt, collaborate, and achieve meaningful business outcomes. The role offers the opportunity to further develop expertise in enterprise transformation, organizational strategy, executive influence, and large-scale change adoption while partnering across one of Schwab’s most dynamic technology organizations.
