Join us as a Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation. In this position, you’ll help develop secure, scalable cloud platforms for our workplace financial services, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives. This opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience with advanced technologies, collaborate across teams, and deliver meaningful results for millions seeking financial well-being at work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear product requirements, user stories, and business rules.
  • Analyze performance data and feedback to drive improvements.
  • Align scope, timelines, and delivery across teams.
  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and address risks proactively.
  • Lead scrum teams through the delivery lifecycle.
  • Update stakeholders on status, risks, and decisions.
  • Ensure brokerage products comply with regulations.
  • Convert business and regulatory needs into actionable items.
  • Keep technical documentation current.
  • Work with QA, Production Support, Architecture, and Product teams to resolve issues and ensure delivery.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, or similar experience, preferably in a trading, financial services, or technology-driven firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in data analysis, aggregation and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Jira, Confluence).
  • Proficiency in Excel and various Project Management tools (Office 365 Planner).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (PCF/AWS/GCP/Azure) and Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
  • Understands scaling, performance and availability concerns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with brokerage operations such as trading workflows, custody, clearing, and settlement
  • Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, ERISA, and HSA‑related regulatory requirements
