The Infrastructure Planning team within Infrastructure & Operations helps shape how infrastructure is evaluated, prioritized, and supported across the organization. In this role, you will partner with capacity engineers, technology owners, and business stakeholders to analyze infrastructure requests, identify high-level trends, and improve the information used in planning decisions. You will have the opportunity to strengthen capacity processes, address data-quality and workflow gaps, and turn complex information into actionable recommendations. This role offers broad exposure across Infrastructure & Operations and the opportunity to influence how infrastructure resources are planned, governed, and optimized.

What you have

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience, preferably within financial services or the technology industry.
• Data Analysis skills with the ability to evaluate infrastructure capacity, utilization, demand, compliance, and operational information.
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills used to identify trends, assess risks, evaluate trade-offs, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration skills demonstrated through partnerships with capacity engineers, infrastructure teams, technology owners, and business stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail when reviewing infrastructure requests for completeness, accuracy, business justification, approvals, dependencies, and alignment with established standards.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders, clarify requirements, resolve workflow issues, and maintain ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to support consistent processes, appropriate controls, documented decisions, and traceable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting infrastructure planning, capacity planning, infrastructure operations, or technology planning.
• Experience analyzing complex data and developing strategic insights that support leadership decisions.
• Experience identifying data-quality concerns, recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Business Analytics experience, including defining or monitoring measures related to demand, request quality, workflow performance, or operational outcomes.
• Capacity Planning experience involving forecasting, request intake, resource utilization, or fulfillment processes.
• Data Insight skills with the ability to convert capacity, utilization, demand, and request data into meaningful recommendations.
• Adaptability when managing changing priorities, dependencies, business needs, and operational challenges.
• Experience influencing stakeholder decisions and aligning recommendations with business goals.
• Experience creating clear, persuasive, and professional written documents or presentations.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional projects, programs, or strategic initiatives.
