Thematic Investing Engineering is transforming how clients invest by delivering technology solutions that help investors access market themes rather than individual securities. As an Associate Software Development Engineer, you will join a collaborative team focused on building scalable, client-facing web applications and services that support innovative investing experiences.

In this role, you will contribute across the software development lifecycle, partnering with engineers and stakeholders to evaluate requirements, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver high-quality solutions. Success requires strong problem solving, backend development, and application development skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within an agile environment. You will help design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications and APIs while continuously improving platform capabilities and client outcomes.
