As a Sr. Specialist, you will be a key contributor to delivering seamless retirement plan implementations and ongoing plan maintenance within Retirement Plan Services (RPS). You will help drive the successful implementation of plan changes (source additions, eligibility updates, vesting update)—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high-quality client experience. Acting as a central partner across internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help align priorities, solve complex challenges, and ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams. Through strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and a solutions-oriented mindset, you will contribute to improving processes, enhancing service delivery, and supporting clients through critical moments of change.

What You’ll Do

  • Update systems to reflect new or changing plan provisions, maintaining data integrity and operational consistency
  • Identify trends and root causes of errors, proactively recommending process improvements and contributing to operational excellence
  • Partner with internal teams, plan sponsors, trustees, custodians, and advisors to align on priorities, manage expectations, and drive successful implementations
  • Review and validate plan setup activities within recordkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with plan documents and service agreements
  • Lead and support the planning and execution of retirement plan conversions, mergers, and ongoing maintenance activities, delivering accurate, timely, and client-focused outcomes
  • Analyze data and system outputs to identify discrepancies, apply sound judgment, and implement effective solutions
  • Coordinate multiple priorities and workstreams, demonstrating strong project and time management in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Support the setup of plan assets and participant data across systems, ensuring alignment with client specifications and business requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing insights, supporting new ideas, and adapting to changing business needs
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships that foster accountability, trust, and a client-first approach

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).
