functions.
• Support a strong control environment by ensuring reconciliation activities, issue
documentation, procedures, and follow-up actions are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Provide clear and timely updates to leadership, internal partners, and impacted teams
regarding reconciliation issues, aging items, trends, and potential business impacts.
• Identify and recommend process improvements after gaining proficiency in reconciliation functions.
• Train team members on assigned functions, including explaining the purpose and reasoning behind key
process steps.
• Conduct effective user acceptance testing for systems used in daily functions.
• Track and report statistics accurately while ensuring deadlines are met.
