About the Team

The Wealth & Asset Management Solutions (WAMS) team is part of Wealth Advisory, Banking & Trust (WABT) enterprise. The WAMS team is responsible for the distribution and support of proprietary, and third-party asset management (SMAs) and wealth management (SWA and SAN) products and services to Financial Consultants and Wealth Advisors. The team also supports the marketing efforts of the solutions, working closely with Offer Management, Product and Marketing teams.

Role Summary

The Senior Client Analyst is responsible for expanding field coverage, FC and WA success, and improving execution of strategic initiatives. This role combines FC & WA coverage, training, events, and project leadership to increase consultant & advisor touchpoints, accelerate product adoption, and enhance overall field effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Support growth of SWA and SMA solutions  

  • Increase FC and/or WA solutions adoption through outreach, branch meetings, and follow-up engagement
  • Participate in FC/WA and client calls/Webex as an education-focused product SME
  • Drive consistent event execution, including idea generation, invitations, branch preparation, and post-event follow-up
  • May provide proactive coverage for assigned FC/WA relationships with the goal of increasing SMA/SWA adoption
  • Partner with SWA BDO to help prepare for and execute at prospective client meetings and follow-up
  • Research and communicate portfolio related questions on behalf of WAMS Regional Directors
  • Partner with Regional Directors and BDOs in branch meetings and financial consultant outreach

Strategic Initiatives & Project Contribution

  • Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives that improve field execution, FC/WA experience, and product adoption
  • Translate field insights into actionable feedback for Product, Marketing, Field Enablement, and leadership teams

Training SME & FC/WA Development

  • Deliver and support training programs, including new Financial Consultant onboarding, product education, and ongoing advisor enablement
  • Facilitate sessions such as WMU/FCA, office hours, and follow-up coaching
  • Maintain expertise in WAMS solutions, tools, and resources

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisor support
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, managed solutions, and advisor workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities across coverage, projects, and initiatives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting FC training, onboarding, or education programs
  • Familiarity with event execution, campaign rollout, and field activation strategies
  • Experience leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for activity tracking and engagement management
  • Exposure to portfolio analytics, transition services, or advanced investment solutions
  • Proven collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Experience supporting field organizations, including advisors, branches, or client-facing teams
