NOTE: The office is located at 2423 E. Lincoln Drive, Phoenix AZ. The New Hire Training Class is August 17th, 2026.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by ahybrid workschedule. 

• Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients, with availabilityMonday-Fridayany time between 6:30am to 8:00pm Local AZ Time.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Previouscustomer service and/or client relationship experience.

• Ability to multi-task, withdemonstratedsuccessnavigating multiple computer applicationssimultaneously.

• Active listening skills along with the ability to engage in open-ended dialogue to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s financial needs.

• Focused analytical skills and attention to detail to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Robust communication,influencingand client engagement skills.

• Ability to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.

• Dedication to resolving a variety of complexclientinquiresboth through technology-based research and working closely with partners. 

• Receptive to mentoring and feedback for continuous improvement.

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

• Desire to gain financial licenses such as FINRA Series 7 or 63
