As a Workflow Solutions Team Lead, you will support the operational effectiveness of a centralized service team that delivers timely, accurate workflow support to client-facing teams and financial professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend operational expertise with leadership development, serving as a trusted resource for team members while maintaining hands-on involvement in daily workflow execution. You will partner closely with leaders and business partners to ensure work is completed with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and efficiency while helping the team navigate changing priorities and service demands.

In this role, you will monitor workflow activity, support achievement of service commitments, resolve complex operational issues, and help identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency. You will leverage strong problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills to support team performance, provide guidance on challenging situations, and reinforce quality standards across the organization. Success in this position requires balancing day-to-day operational responsibilities with a commitment to developing others, improving client and employee experiences, and driving continuous improvement.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
  • 2+ years of experience supporting operational workflows, service operations, financial services, brokerage operations, or a related business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate competing demands, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively communicate across various levels of an organization
  • Experience providing coaching, feedback, training, or guidance to support individual and team performance
  • Ability to analyze workflow trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance quality and efficiency
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and workflow tools while serving as a resource to others
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Interest in people leadership and a passion for developing and supporting others

Preferred Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 9/10 preferred, or the ability to obtain as a condition of employment
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, brokerage operations, advisor support, or a related industry
  • Experience in a team lead, senior specialist, supervisory, quality assurance, or operational support capacity
  • Knowledge of brokerage products, service operations, regulatory requirements, and operational risk considerations
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives that enhance client service, operational excellence, quality, or workforce effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to manage escalated issues, influence outcomes, and drive resolution across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience supporting change initiatives, workflow optimization efforts, or business transformation activities
