In Advisor Services we have built our business on serving the needs of RIAs and advancing an industry that helps the advisor and their clients thrive.  We understand their needs, and work side by side providing them the support to help them manage their firm and meet their goals.  In the centralized Workflow Solutions team, our mission is to provide quality and timely workflow support to our service teams and our Advisors.

The Workflow Solutions Senior Manager (PL) is primarily focused on leading a team of high performing individuals in providing quality workflow support, while continually looking to optimize and make our workflows more efficient. You will lead a cross-site team to ensure all operational workflows within the service organization are executed with high quality and within established service level agreements (SLAs). This includes developing and delivering a quality-focused coaching program, identifying workflow trends to inform training opportunities, and partnering with leaders across Operational Services to align business goals and enhance the advisor experience. In this role, you will make timely decisions on not-in-good-order work while balancing risk, monitor capacity to drive efficiency, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce hands-off as work transitions to centers of excellence. You will maintain open communication across the Advisor Services organization, proactively sharing updates on service levels and recovery plans, while collaborating with internal leadership to stay ahead of business changes that may impact advisors. Additionally, you will foster an approachable and professional team environment, demonstrate expertise in Schwab’s digital tools to encourage adoption and scalability, and partner with peer managers to ensure consistent alignment on departmental objectives.
