Your opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

Charles Schwab supports DAFgiving360™, an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing charitable giving in the United States. Since 1999, donors have recommended over $55 billion in grants to more than 300,000 charities. Through donor-advised funds, philanthropic tools, and charitable planning resources we help individuals and families integrate charitable planning into their financial lives and make a meaningful difference. While employed by Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., you will support DAFgiving360 and contribute to meaningful work that helps donors, advisors, and charitable organizations make a greater impact in their communities. This internship is based in Orlando, Florida, and is scheduled for June 7 through August 6, 2027.

As a DAFgiving360 Service & Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting donor and advisor inquiries through phone and digital channels, researching account information and service requests, documenting actions clearly, and following established service workflows. You will collaborate with teammates to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes and identify opportunities to improve service processes and the client experience.

Through coaching, feedback, and intern programming, you will build practical experience in charitable service and donor-advised fund operations while strengthening your ability to communicate clearly, evaluate information, manage requests through completion, and balance service quality, accuracy, and risk awareness. This is an opportunity to explore a purpose-driven career at the intersection of philanthropy and financial services.
