As a Wealth Consultant Partner on the Ultra High Net Worth team, you will support Wealth Consultants and their clients through high-touch service, coordinated guidance, and disciplined follow-through. You will prepare for client meetings, build and refresh client plans, support onboarding, resolve inquiries, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships. Working independently and with partners across Schwab, you will use Client Relationship Management, Problem Solving, and Priority Management to keep complex work moving accurately and efficiently. Your adaptability will help you respond to changing markets, client life events, and competing needs, while collaborative Decision Making will connect clients with appropriate specialists and solutions. This role offers the opportunity to grow wealth management expertise while helping the practice deliver consistent client outcomes and sustainable relationship growth.

Competitive Compensation

In addition to base pay, this role offers bonus or incentive opportunities.

The expertise you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license, or active Series 63 and 65 licenses; may be obtained as a condition of employment

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of financial services industry experience
  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job  
  • Notary commission or ability to obtain it after hire
  • Experience with client planning, onboarding, operations, or Project Coordination
  • Strong Client Relationship Management, Problem Solving, and Priority Management skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and relationship development opportunities
  • Ability to use multiple Digital Tools while maintaining Attention to Detail
  • Demonstrated Adaptability, Communication, and collaborative work style
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and ethical standards
