Your opportunity

At Schwab, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping transform the financial services industry through innovative, client-centric solutions built on integrity, collaboration, and excellence. As a Senior Manager on the Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA) Offer Management team, you will help shape the future of wealth management by supporting the development, governance, and implementation of investment solutions that deliver a consistent, scalable, and modern client experience.

The Offer Management team serves as a strategic partner across the business, driving strategic planning, business analysis, concept design, and change management initiatives that enhance how Schwab serves investors. In this role, you will work closely with wealth advisors, risk, compliance, technology, operations, and business leaders to evaluate new investment offerings, align investment approaches, and ensure solutions support client needs, investment philosophy, and business objectives. You will lead efforts to define best-in-class client experiences, support Offer Management initiatives across Schwab Wealth Advisory, evaluate new investment products, and develop scalable frameworks that improve onboarding and investment solution delivery.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that helps investors achieve their financial goals while growing your own career. Consistent with Schwab’s commitment to learning, development, and career growth, you will work in a collaborative environment that values continuous skill building, encourages innovation, and empowers employees to own their future while making a difference for clients, colleagues, and the communities we serve.
