This tech lead role is part of the HR Technology Hyderabad Workday Center of Excellence team focused on enhancing the employee experience, improving capabilities and efficiency for the HR business team and well as foster team collaboration and engagement.  You will have the opportunity to take lead role on the Workday platform - specific to Workday Integrations, development, testing and release into production.  Over 300 integrations are currently managed based on the complexity of the HR business unit at Schwab. Proven experience in Workday Integrations / Studio is required - this role is for experienced leads of a Workday Integration support and delivery.   • Build/Test, Implement and Support Workday Integrations (new and/or existing) Workday HCM, Payroll, Talent Management and Benefits, with experience in multiple design options for integrations outbound and inbound
  • Collaborating across development teams to help manage releases
  • Provide tier 2/3 support, testing/QA support, and Release to Production support.
  • Partnering with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Development Leads and Business leads in troubleshooting, action planning and resolving medium to large problems in our HR Technology environments.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years proven experience delivering and supporting/maintaining Workday Integrations and Platform support
  • Strong experience in Workday delivery and release readiness management, as well as experience in tenant management and test coordination
  • Workday Integration methods, monitoring experience
  • Designs advanced support processes and mentors peers to optimize functionality and security
  • Establishes robust processes to create, secure, and monitor data pipelines and stores
  • Designs efficient processes to resolve incidents and minimize downtime
  • Develops QA processes that confirm compliance and ensure operational reliability
  • Streamlines requirement analysis and validation for enhanced efficiency Designs security processes to enhance security and regulatory compliance
  • Enhances processes that merge predictive and adaptive software design techniques
  • Designs efficient processes that ensure quality and resolve issues in software components
  • Optimizes processes for secure, compliant, and reliable software releases
  • Optimizes design processes by integrating predictive or adaptive methods with cloud principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with KAINOS Smart Test and Smart Products is Preferred
  • Experience with JIRA/ATLASSIAN tools is Preferred
  • Synthesizes complex data, manages resources, and develops strategic insights
  • Establishes communication processes for smooth information flow with others involved in a project or effort
  • Provides thought leadership in the business area and independently drives strategic initiatives
