Key Responsibilities

• ​Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution
• 6+ years of hands-on development experience in C#, .NET, and .NET Core with strong UML understanding
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and RESTful API design with deep knowledge of microservices and distributed systems
• Proficient in Angular / AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, and JSON/XML integrations; experience with sync/async services
• 4+ years of experience in database architecture, design, and implementation across relational (SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) systems
• Experience with distributed monolithic and cloud-based microservices architectures; working knowledge of private cloud platforms such as PCF
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, release management, and platform engineering practices
• Experience with unit testing, API test automation, and ensuring high standards in code quality, security, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (e.g., Copilot), AI-enabled SDLC practices, and building agent-driven workflows to automate development, QA, and release processes
• Proven automation experience for linting fixes, Veracode security scans, documentation generation (Services/), SQL deployment, cleanup tasks, and release readiness/DoD checks
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, session management, deployment strategies, debugging methodologies, and secure coding practices
• Solid understanding of Agile principles, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement practices
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage across technical and business stakeholders
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  

What you have

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of strong backend development experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core, combined with solid architectural understanding
• 3+ years of experience leading development efforts and delivering complex, large-scale initiatives on time with high quality
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable solutions and collaborate across teams to improve application stability, supportability, and operational excellence
• Proven track record of enhancing engineering processes with a focus on compliance, including legal, regulatory, ethical, and AI-related data governance and privacy considerations
• Strong capability in breaking down epics into well-defined user stories and working closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
• Deep expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, and modern architecture practices, with strong application ofobject-oriented design principles and design patterns
• Extensive experience in building and optimizing RESTful APIs for high-throughput, transaction-heavy systems
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Strong background in developing cloud-native applications and microservices-based architectures
• Experience building enterprise-grade, n-tier applications using modern front-end frameworks (Angular or React), Microsoft Web APIs, and both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in modern web technologies including Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of architectural standards, engineering best practices, and SOLID design principles
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled development practices, including AI-assisted coding (e.g., Copilot), intelligent automation, and integrating AI services into applications
• Familiarity with applying AI to improve SDLC efficiency, such as automated code generation, testing, documentation, and workflow optimization through agent-based systems
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-centric environments that adopt emerging technologies and AI-driven innovations
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and delivery practices
• Self-driven and innovative, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions
• Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience working with distributed, multi-tier application architectures and both relational and NoSQL database systems
• Hands-on expertise in building event-driven solutions using streaming technologies such as Kafka
