Identity and Access Management is seeking a Senior Specialist Security Developer to oversee major,complex Identity and Access Management initiatives, focusing on SSO/Passwordlesstechnology. This roleprovides hands‑on exposure to enterprise SSO andpasswordlessauthentication platforms that are centraltothe firm’s Zero Trust and security modernization strategy. As an L3 support engineer, the candidate willwork on production‑critical authentication services, troubleshoot complex login and MFA issues, andsupportpasswordlesstechnologies that directly improve user experience and security. The role offers deepoperational ownership, visibility across the authentication ecosystem, anda strong foundationfor growthinto advanced IAM engineering and authentication design roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 operational support for Ping/HyprSSO platforms, including incident investigation and resolutionfor production issues

• Document incidents, resolutions, and known errors to support operational maturity and reduce repeatissues

• Ability to execute approved change tickets and provide operational coverage across different work shifts, asrequired, to support service continuity and platform stability

• Experience creating monitoring SOPs for SSO platforms and building operational reports to supporttroubleshooting, metrics, and compliance needs

What you have

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience supporting enterprise Single Sign‑On (SSO) platforms (Ping andHypr) in aproduction environment

• Troubleshooting skills for authentication and federation issues across web and SaaS applications

• Practical knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols

• Experience working with application teams to remediate onboarding and production SSO issues

• Experience supporting MFA integrations and resolving user authentication failures

• Ability to execute andvalidatepatching, upgrades, and DR test activities for SSO platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in Information Security field, Information Technology field

• Familiarity with change, incident, and problem management processes

• Experience with multiple LDAP user repositories

• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira

• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, both oral and writtenskills arerequired

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making andconflict resolution skills
