This position will be integral to ensuring firm resiliency while supporting the change management structure. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to support Non-Human Account Lifecycle Management. The successful candidate will learn several tools, all building stronger fundamentals in security, resiliency, workflows, and certifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • 4+ years experience in a Security Support Role
  • 4+ years experience with Windows and Powershell
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
  • Ability to use and write/modify powershell scripts
  • Fundamental understanding of at least one cloud platform (Entra, AWS, GCP, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one IAM Automation Tool (Oracle OIM/OAM, Sailpoint, CA,BeyondTrust, OKTA)
  • An ability to work initially closely supervised and developing into an independent member of a mature team and within workgroup teams to complete task
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, both oral and written skills are required
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization decision making and conflict resolution skill
  • Strong initiative; self-starter; self-directed; ability to multi-task
  • Experience working with a ticketing system such as Remedy, CA, HPSM, or Service Desk
  • Strong documentation skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Ownership and Completion of Remedy Work Order and Incident Management tickets / JIRA
  • Stories
  • IAM meta data management such as:
  • Ownership Change Management
  • Service Account Lifecycle Management i.e. account disablement
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Experience with Active Directory and Account Management Lifecycle management
  • Understanding of Active Directory technology
  • Specifically for Administration functions such as User Accounts and Security Groups
  • Be a tier 2 access Analyst to research and resolve tier 2 incidents for the service desk.
  • Work from established Standard Operating Procedures and look for areas of clarity or improvement.
  • Work closely with Cybersecurity Operations teams to deliver the proposed solutions and provide continuous improvement in both security and service.
  • Work closely with peer groups to achieve Organizational objectives.
  • Troubleshoot access issues specifically for distributed user accounts including windows privileged accounts and VAS enabled UNIX accounts.
  • Work with SOX/PCI audit group, support audit activities.
  • Mentor specialists and associates.
  • Experience with XMatters or on-call support for Access Administration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Chronicle and/or CrowdStrike
  • Experience running PowerShell scripts
  • May have experience with Entra ID, including similarities and differences of AD and Entra ID
  • administrative functions
  • Familiarity and desire to learn multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc)
  • An understanding of security role groups
