The Sr.Specialistis responsible forproviding operational coordination support across network infrastructure and services. This role focuses on organizing and synchronizing activities,maintainingoperational plans, and establishing repeatable processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and service reliability.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day coordination of network operations, ensuring alignment across teams, stakeholders, and service timelines
  • Act asa central pointof coordination for network-related activities, including maintenance, deployments, and incident response 
  • Track operational tasks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensuretimelyexecution
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities related to network changes, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts 
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution 
  • Support scheduling and execution of planned maintenance windows and change events
  • Develop,maintain, and update operational plans, runbooks, and schedules for network services 
  • Ensure plans are documented, version-controlled, and aligned with organizational standards 
  • Monitor progress against plans and escalate risks or delays as needed

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Network Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • Hands-on experience supporting network operations in an enterprise environment 
  • Strong understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancers) 
  • Experience with change management and operational processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize effectively 
  • Clear and concise communication (both technical and non-technical) 
  • Attention to detail and focus on process improvement 
  • Problem-solving and risk identification
