This Senior Specialist role is focused on supporting the effective, efficient, and well-controlled execution of Schwab’s user access certification process. The role will coordinate certification activities across IAM service owners, business stakeholders, technology teams, and risk partners to help ensure campaigns are launched, monitored, completed, and documented with accuracy and discipline. This opportunity requires strong operational follow-through, attention to detail, stakeholder coordination, and a process-improvement mindset to strengthen certification execution, reduce manual effort, and support timely, audit-ready outcomes.

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational coordination for access management certification campaigns, including campaign planning, launch readiness, schedule management, daily/weekly execution tracking, dependency follow-up, and issue resolution.
•         Coordinate certification activities across IAM service owners, application owners, business managers, technology teams, and risk partners to support timely reviews, accurate certification decisions, and completion of required actions.
•            Support and maintain certification plans, status reporting, milestone tracking, decision records, meeting notes, exception logs, and leadership-ready updates for assigned access review campaigns.
•            Support planning and execution of recurring and ad hoc access certification activities, including reviewer assignment validation, entitlement population checks, campaign communications, escalation tracking, and completion monitoring.
•            Help establish repeatable certification operating routines, governance forums, reporting cadences, templates, dashboards, procedures, and process documentation to improve consistency, scalability, and control reliability.

Other Planned Support Responsibilities:

•            Partner with IAM service owners, certification stakeholders, technology teams, risk partners, and business managers to track priorities, remove blockers, resolve reviewer or data issues, and ensure certification work is delivered with transparency and accountability.
•            Identify opportunities to streamline access certification processes, reduce manual effort, improve reviewer handoffs, strengthen data quality checks, and increase completion accuracy across certification support activities.
•            Apply familiarity with automation tooling, workflow enablement, reporting automation, and lightweight process automation to improve certification tracking, campaign monitoring, reminder/escalation routines, evidence collection, and management reporting.
•            Support readiness and adoption activities for certification process or tooling changes, including communication coordination, stakeholder follow-up, procedure updates, training support, and operational transition planning.
•            Support service owners with metrics and performance indicators that demonstrate certification execution progress, reviewer completion rates, exception remediation, control effectiveness, operational efficiency, and service improvement outcomes.
•            Contribute to audit, risk, and compliance support activities by organizing certification evidence, tracking remediation commitments, validating completion artifacts, and ensuring governance-related deliverables are completed on time.
