As a Sr. QA Engineer, you will need to be a self starter that partners well with others. You will be leading

program level end to end (e2e) test planning and execution across complex, distributed systems. You will help lead QA strategy and delivery for a fast paced, mission critical application called ComplianceOne. This role combines hand on test activties with heavy collaboration between development, product, and business teams.

  • Define and govern the program-level E2E testing approach, definition of scope, entry/exit criteria, risk-based test design, cross-team orchestration, status reporting, and issue remediation. Testing will include various types of integration (REST, event, SOAP, flat file), data movement, and business process automation.
  • Readiness of non-production environments, test data setup and related configurations.
  • Build reliable, maintainable test suites for regression, smoke, and feature validation.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Systems Analysts, and Development to understand
  • functional and technical requirements. Active participation and contribution to scope discussions and
  • support activities.
  • Ownership of testing standards and safeguards, governance of test activities performed by Developers or BSAs.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in Software QA Engineering with a strong record of delivering quality in complex programs.
  • 5+ years leading E2E test programs across multiple applications and partners, with heavy emphasis on integrations.
  • 4+ years handson test automation (UI/API/service), including framework design and CI/CD integration.
  • 5+ years of experience testing as part of an agile team.
  • 5+ years leading distributed teams.
  • Proven collaboration with business and technology stakeholders; clear communication of risks, decisions, and signoffs.
  • Expertise in collaborating and leading the E2E QA and UAT coordinators, test environments, and test data pipelines to support concurrent change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in regulatory compliance, with emphasis on FINRA regulations.
  • Hands on experience with FINRA registration APIs.
  • 3+ years testing in a major business process automation platform, with a preference for Appian.
