We areseekinga highly experienced Senior Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for managing test data, test environments, Non -functional Testing, automation frameworks, and end-to-end testing processes. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-onexpertisein quality engineering practices. Our main goal at Schwab is to transform people’s lives by changing the way the world invests. This role will be a dynamic, cross-skills position. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and is passionate about developing multi-faceted solutions to solve complex, time-critical problems. 

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers,fosteringcollaboration and professional growth.
  • Test Data Management: Oversee creation, maintenance, and governance of test data across multiple environments.
  • Environment Management: Ensure availability, stability, and scalability of lower environments for testing.
  • Automation Strategy: Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • End-to-End Testing: Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies tovalidatecomplex workflows across integrated systems.
  • Non-Functional Testing:Establishand oversee strategies for performance, scalability, security, and reliability testing.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices for continuous integration, continuous testing, and DevOps alignment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Risk Management:Identifyand mitigate risks related to test coverage, environment readiness, and data integrity.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strongexpertisein test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with managing test environments and data in complex enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing methodologies.
  • Exposure to Agile andSAFeframeworks
