We are looking for a Senior Technical leader responsible for delivering AI-enabled automation strategy and QA transformation from manual to Automation Testing. This role will oversee a team of exceptionally talented Automation and QA engineers responsible for delivering workflow automations, Copilot agents, custom AI models, regression testing automation, incident response automation, and potential agentic orchestration capabilities.
Plans, designs, develops, and executes test plans, scenarios and test cases for software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provides leadership with other teams on QA processes and mentors junior members to ensure effective and efficient delivery of QA services across Schwab Cyber Security.
• Conducts highly sophisticated technical and program analysis to support testing concepts for solving problems and/or making decisions and effectively communicates with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Guide the Automation Engineers developing solutions in low code platforms such as Appian and Microsoft Power Platform, Github Copilot based tools and technologies.
• Analyze, propose and implement timely, cost effective, quality solutions for all issues or problems within area of responsibility.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related degree.
• 10+ years of hands-on QA engineering and testing experience with progressive responsibilities/scope including but not limited to designing and executing API, UI, Scheduled Jobs, and DB test scenarios/cases.
• 8+ years of enterprise-level system administration experience, supporting technologies and databases that are subject to high levels of audit and regulatory oversight, is required.
• 6+ years of leading QA testing efforts either on projects or general program implementation including creation of Test Plans, Test Cases, and determining levels of effort.
• 5+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks supporting functional and non-functional testing.
• 5+ years of experience creating workflow automations, dynamic case management, security operations automations and risk management workflows.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting Cyber Security tools/applications, including but not limited to Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years of experience leading teams.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile/Kanban practices.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Ability to analyze, propose and implement timely, cost effective, quality solutions for all issues or problems within area of responsibility.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Technology Platforms such as Zscaler, SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ), PING ID, and/or HYPR or related in Cyber Security.
• Experience with Low Code Platforms such as Appian and Microsoft Power Platform, Github Copilot based tools and technologies.
• Security certifications such as CISSP or SANS is preferred.
• Master's degree preferred in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
