Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of Level 1 and 2 production support, with specific cybersecurity experience. Includes a strong focus on IAM production support. 
• Deep expertise in IAM platforms (SailPoint IIQ, OIM, Ping, MFA, SSO). 
• Strong experience in incident management, change management, SQL, chronicle and large-scale production support. 
• Experience defining governance, KPIs, and operational maturity models. 
• Ability to influence across global teams and drive enterprise-wide improvements. 
• Ability to support on-call and tech line matters. Resolve to completion and performs thorough review of root cause analysis and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lead production support operations for IAM systems including SailPoint IIQ, OIM, and MySSO Ping.
• Own major incident management, escalation handling, and root cause analysis for high severity issues.
• Drive operational metrics, SLA adherence, and reporting aligned with enterprise standards.
• Partner with engineering, PAM, cloud, and data security teams to improve control posture.
• Define and implement automation strategies to reduce manual operations and improve resiliency.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights into IAM risk, performance, and incidents.
• Mentor managers and senior engineers, fostering a strong operational culture.
