Key Responsibilities:

  • Review existing process documentation and conduct simulated walkthrough with Data Protection owners.
  • Coach the team and Monitor Completion of daily queue for operational DLP and Unstructured Data events.
  • Update and/or draft process documents on a periodic basis for all relevant Data Protection
  • processes.
  • Communicate requirements to Data Owners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain alignment among all documentation regarding risks and performance of controls.
  • Ability to review DLP policies and collaborate to fine tune the policies
  • Mentor team to help build data protection capability with the team

What you have


Required Qualifications:       

  • 10+ years of access management experience.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate issues and design solutions.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection concepts (e.g. Data Loss Prevention, Encryption, Data at Rest versus Data in Motion, Unstructured versus Structured data).
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to maintain detailed living documents.
  • Build trusted relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to execute security improvements within complex technical environments and matrixed organizations
  • Experience working across infrastructure, identity, database, and application teams to support coordinated security outcomes
  • Strong practical understanding of information security controls and their operational application in enterprise environments
  • Working familiarity with certificatebased authentication, workload identity, and servicetoservice authentication models
  • Handson experience supporting credential hygiene initiatives and reducing unmanaged or legacy access patterns in large environments
  • Experience supporting audit and regulatory requirements such as FFIEC, PCI, or comparable controlframeworks
  • Industry‑recognized security certification (e.g., CISSP or equivalent) preferred
