Core Brokerage Services Engineering (CBSE) seeks a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead and coach multiple Agile/SAFe teams in delivering Program Increment (PI) objectives. CBSE is committed to accelerating business delivery through innovative and optimal solutions while ensuring high availability, accuracy, security and resiliency of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Team Leadership

  • Facilitate the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile and SAFe practices across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with ART (Agile Release Train) objectives.
  • Organize and lead all Scrum and PI ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning), ensuring effective participation and outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments, leveraging cross-team collaboration to resolve dependencies and external disruptions.
  • Shield teams from non-value distractions, enabling focus on delivery and sustainable pace.
  • Track and promote awareness of key metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, business outcomes) to drive data-informed improvements.

Servant Leadership & Coaching

  • Model servant leadership, fostering a culture of trust, psychological safety, and empowerment.
  • Coach teams and individuals through Agile maturity phases (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing), supporting high performance and self-organization.
  • Mentor Product Owners and stakeholders in backlog refinement, prioritization, and strategic alignment.
  • Facilitate constructive conflict resolution and encourage open, transparent communication.

Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to translate roadmaps into actionable sprint goals.
  • Build bridges across teams and departments, promoting an outward mindset and shared goals.
  • Communicate team accomplishments and challenges, tying outcomes to business impact.
  • Continuous Improvement & Change Enablement.
  • Lead retrospectives and improvement initiatives, using experimentation and feedback to drive measurable change.
  • Champion a culture of relentless improvement, leveraging metrics and outcome-driven agility.
  • Mentor others and lead learning initiatives across teams, applying advanced techniques to solve complex problems.

Continuous Improvement & Change Enablement 

  • Lead retrospectives and improvement initiatives, using experimentation and feedback to drive measurable change.
  • Champion a culture of relentless improvement, leveraging metrics and outcome-driven agility.
  • Mentor others and lead learning initiatives across teams, applying advanced techniques to solve complex problems.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience leading at least two Agile teams simultaneously as a Scrum Master.
  • SCRUM certification required; SAFe certification highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting newly formed Agile teams through all maturity phases.
  • Experience with distributed teams and remote collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project coordination skills.
  • Passion for Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Rally).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Systems Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to align Agile delivery with business goals, visualize value streams, and communicate ROI.
  • Advanced Coaching & Influence: Skilled in coaching at all levels—teams, leaders, stakeholders—to foster Agile mindsets and drive organizational change.
  • Conflict Navigation & Facilitation: Expertise in facilitating team interactions, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and guiding decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Agility: Proficiency in using metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes (velocity, NPS, DORA metrics, etc.).
  • AI & Automation Literacy: Familiarity with leveraging AI-driven tools and automation for insights and process optimization.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand development challenges.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Demonstrates flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
