Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver solutions as part of an Agile Scrum team.
  • Leverage understanding of software development principles and practices to help mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Support and triage issues and participate in production support to help develop resilient and secure systems to prevent issues that impact on our clients.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define strategy and scope of software requirements (decompose stories, design features, and prioritize tasks)
  • Delivering new concepts and features, working alongside development peers in an agile environment
  • Utilize automated software test tools and frameworks such as test-driven development to achieve the highest quality in software delivery.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of development experience in C# .Net, .NET Core, and understanding of UML
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise middleware systems with focus on rules and sync engines
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with database (SQL / NoSQL) architecture, design and implementation
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with modern streaming and messaging architecture, design and implementation (RabbitMQ, Kafka and Solace or similar messaging platforms)
  • Solid experience developing and implementing applications, particularly web-enabled applications using
  • Front-End Technologies/Concepts:  ASP.NET Core Web API, MVC, ReqNRoll, JSON/XML, Sync/Async services, Entity Framework, NServiceBus, MS Test, Azure, AWS, SSIS, SSRS.
  • Back End Technologies: C#, JavaScript, Typescript, .NET core, RESTful API design, Micro-Services and Event-drive driven architecture and frameworks
  • Test Automation Tools:  such as Selenium, Load Runner, JMeter, SOAP UI, ReqNRoll, Cucumber or other industry leading tool sets and the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Zephyr, Confluence)
  • Environment: Cloud Based Micro-services platform (Private Cloud/Pivotal Cloud Foundry, GCP)
  • Solid understanding in web application environments and development tools, event-driven application development, session state management, web configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies
  • Solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts, unit testing principles and implementations, API test automation techniques as well as automated deployment pipeline tools
  • Hands on coding, unit testing and production issue solving.
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions and long-term planning for your team.
  • Experience, understanding and leveraging AI tools like MS Copilot through IDE, CLI or direct application access that will increase the efficiency of your team and the quality of delivered solution.

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have effective time management skills and should be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Passion for enterprise-level agile development
  • Passion for problem solving, ability to quickly learn new concepts, and ability to interact with all levels of technical and business teams
  • Proven ability to work independently requiring minimal review and rework and working with minimal direction from senior colleagues
  • Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work collaboratively across organizations and geographic locations
  • Experience collaborating in teams in a scaled agile framework
  • Experience working in a closely integrated environment with multiple scrum teams
  • Experience collaborating on multiple priorities in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment.
