What you have

Required Skills:

​​▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
▪ 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, production support, infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering roles.
▪ Hands-on experience supporting large systems with accountability for availability, incident response, troubleshooting, and service restoration.
▪ Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability tools, with the ability to interpret system metrics and identify operational trends.
▪ Practical DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment support, configuration management, automation, scripting, or environment support.
▪ Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, network, database, and integration layers.
▪ Experience participating in incident management processes, including triage, escalation, communication, root-cause analysis, and post-incident follow-up.
▪ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders during time-sensitive production issues.
▪ Hands-on experience applying agentic AI or AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar) and engineering practices to accelerate operational analysis, automate repetitive workflows, summarize incidents, or improve support knowledge management.
▪ Strong prompting and task decomposition skills to effectively guide AI-assisted workflows.
▪ Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, quality and performance.
▪ Strong engineering judgement to challenge, refine or reject AI-generated outputs, including identifying hallucinations, inefficiencies, and hidden risks. ​

Prefered Skills:

▪ Experience working in regulated or risk-sensitive environments, such as financial services, fintech, security, or high-availability enterprise platforms.
▪ Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, infrastructure as code, or automated deployment and release practices.
▪ Familiarity with SRE practices such as service level indicators, service level objectives, error budgets, toil reduction, reliability reviews, and blameless postmortems.
▪ Experience improving alert quality, reducing noise, building dashboards, and defining actionable monitoring signals for production support teams.
▪ Scripting or automation experience using tools or languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies.
