Role Description

This role supports Liquidity, Treasury, and Security Lending platforms andis responsible forstability, availability, operational readiness, and data integrity of business-critical applications and workflows. The engineer partners with technology teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure reliable platform performance andtimelymovement of critical data.

What you have


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for Liquidity, Treasury, and Security Lending applications and operational processes.
  • Monitor,validate, and support data movement across applications, APIs, integrations, file transfers, batch workflows, and downstream systems.
  • Supportaccurateprocessing of Treasury, Liquidity, Collateral Management, and Security Lending transactions and data.
  • Investigate production incidents, processing failures, reconciliation exceptions, missing transactions, interface issues, and batch failures.
  • Support reconciliation, exception management, data validation, observability, automation, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Support non-U.S. business-hour activities including DR testing, resiliency exercises, certificate renewals, maintenance, validations, and releases.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, operational best practices, on-call rotations, and major incident support.

Required Qualifications

  • ​​Independently applies application maintenance practices and collaborates to ensure continuous support2
  •  Tracks data pipelines and stores to support analytics and machine learning
  •  Handles incident responses independently while working with cross-functional teams to lessen impact
  • Executes rigorous testing to ensure systems and products meet quality standards
  •  Effectively prioritizes requirements using roadmaps, epics, and backlogs
  •  Independently implements security controls to secure the IT environment
  • Independently executes software design techniques that meet project requirements
  • Applies standards and processes to create and verify software components
  • Deploys software updates using containerization and orchestration tools
  • Utilizes predictive or adaptive lifecycle models to develop system design components​

Preferred Qualifications

  • ​ Working knowledge of business applications and operational processes supporting Treasury, Liquidity, Collateral Management, and Securities Lending, with a strong desire to expand business domain expertise.
    • Experience partnering with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and Development teams to improve operational outcomes and service reliability.
    • Familiarity with SRE concepts including automation, observability, operational excellence, and reliability engineering.
    • Experience supporting Disaster Recovery exercises, certificate management, resiliency testing, and production readiness activities.
    • Experience analyzing operational, processing, and service-health metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
    Experience with automation, AI-assisted operations, and operational process improvement initiatives.​
