Identity and Access Management is seeking a Specialist Security Developer to support daytoday Identity and Access Management operations, with a focus on SSO and passwordless authentication technologies. This role provides handson exposure to enterprise authentication platforms that are part of the firms Zero Trust and security modernization program. As a L3 support engineer, the candidate will assist in supporting production authentication services, help troubleshoot login, SSO, and MFA issues, and learn operational support for passwordless technologies under guidance from senior engineers. The position provides foundational exposure in enterprise IAM operations, visibility into modern authentication flows, and opportunities to build technical depth in SSO, MFA, and passwordless solutions, serving as a stepping stone into advanced IAM engineering and authentication design roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3 operational support for Ping and HYPR SSO platforms, assisting with investigation and resolution of production authentication issues in accordance with established SOPs and escalation processes.
  • Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and known error details in knowledge repositories to support operational consistency, knowledge sharing, and reduction of repeat issues
  • Ability to execute approved change tickets and provide operational coverage across different work shifts, as required, to support service continuity and platform stability
  • Work under the guidance of senior engineers to support and validate monitoring, alerting, and reporting for SSO and HYPR platforms, contributing to improved issue detection, response efficiency, and operational metrics.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • Handson experience supporting enterprise Single SignOn (SSO) platforms such as Ping and HYPR in a production environment, following established operational procedures and escalation models.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for authentication, federation, and login issues across webbased and SaaS applications, including analysis of logs, error codes, and authentication flows.
  • Practical working knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols, with the ability to apply this knowledge during incident investigation and application onboarding support.
  • Experience collaborating with application and platform teams to remediate SSO onboarding issues, configuration errors, and production authentication failures.
  • Handson support experience with MFA integrations, including investigating and resolving user authentication failures related to MFA policies, configurations, or downstream dependencies.
  • Ability to execute, validate, and document patching, upgrade, and disaster recovery (DR) test activities for SSO platforms under guidance, ensuring platform stability and compliance with operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Information Security field, Information Technology field
  • Familiarity with change, incident, and problem management processes
  • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, both oral and written skills are required
