In this role within Cybersecurity Operations, you will partner with application teams and other Schwab Technology Services stakeholders tomonitorandassistin ensuring IGA solutions and application entitlements are aligned to Identity, Authentication, and Access Management (IAAM) Standard requirements.  The ideal candidate will have experience with Identity Governance technologies and collaborating in cross-functional teams to ensure foundational security standardsoperateeffectively. 

KeyResponsibilities

Execute direct contact and outreach toSchwab forapplication architects, SMEs, and other stakeholders to evaluate current state against company standards for Identity Governance platforms and associated applications.
• Lead monitoring, backlog inventory and milestone tracking of application reconciliation control deployment and operation.
• Strong communicator comfortable with a varied set of applications and coordination across multi-functional teams.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or non-technical bachelor’s degree with equivalent information technology work experience.
  • 4+ years of Cybersecurity and/or Identity & Access Management experience. 
  • Expertisein analysis of application roles, entitlements, and aligning to company standards and requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the work of others within a complex and matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to support monitoring scope. 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, synthesize key themes, and provide a concise summary of recommended actions/solutions.
  • Able to quickly learnnew technologyandutilizea variety of data and systems to proactivelyidentifysolutions to improve processes.
  • Proven work ethic witha high levelof integrity to build trust with internal partners.
  • Collaborative work style withdemonstratedsuccess in a team environment.
  • Effective problem-solver, teammemberand results-focused individual.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertisewith control frameworks (e.g.NIST 800-53).
  • Experience with other automation tools such as Copilot Studio, Microsoft PowerAppsand/or Power Automate.
  • Familiarity in work management solutions such as Jira or Remedy
