Identity and Access Management is seeking a Senior Specialist Security Developer to lead complex initiatives centered on IGA technology. This position entails providing technical direction to the team, ensuring platform stability, and designing, developing, and documenting Schwab-specific requirements to deliver robust IGA solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with SailPoint, LDAP technologies, Core Java, and web services development, as well as expertise in managing non-production environments and collaborating across teams to establish a strong foundation for advanced IAM engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IAM solutions using product frameworks and Java technologies. 

• Support the team with daily engineering and maintenance activities for Identity & Access governance solutions.

• Utilize AI prompting tools like GitHub and Copilot.

• Perform routine operational responsibilities such as vulnerability management, health checks, log reviews, monitoring validation, and updating documentation

What you have

Required Qualifications:       

• 3+ years direct experience in Identity Access & Governance domain.
• Experience with multiple LDAP user repositories
• Develop CI/CD Automations for high environment deployments.
• Hands on experience on Developing and securing Web services.
• Hands on experience of Agile project management tools, such as Jira
• Hands on developer experience on SailPoint IIQ & ISC technologies.
• Hands on experience on vulnerability management – apply patches, upgrades to various COTS IGA products.​

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years experience in Information Security field, Information Technology field 

• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira 

• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow documented procedures and runbooks

• Certified SailPoint or relevant IGA product Developer
