The Specialist – Business Systems Analysis plays a key role within the Centralized Purchasing & Signing Process (CPSP) team, supporting the end-to-end management of purchase requisitions (PRs) and pipeline activities. This roleis responsible forensuringaccurateandtimelyPR entry,maintainingpipeline data integrity, and enabling efficient processing across Front Door,approval ofworkflows, and downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • PR Entry & Management: Accurately enter andvalidatepurchase requisitions (PRs), ensuring completeness of funding, vendor, and approval details while resolving errors or rejections.
  • Pipeline Tracking & Execution: Manage Front Door intake andmaintainpipeline data, tracking PR/POstatus,and ensuringtimelyprogression through workflows.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with CVM, Finance, and STS teams toalignrequirements, advance approvals, and resolve blockers.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to CPSP processes, approval requirements, and documentation standards to support audit and risk controls.
  • Process Improvement:Identifyopportunities to streamline PR and pipeline workflows, including support for automation and standardization efforts.
