What you have

Required Skills:-

4+ years of software engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, OOP, design patterns, system design, databases, networking, concurrency, testing, CI/CD, and secure coding principles
Hands-on experience with GenAI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar)
Proficiency in Java.
Ability to critically review AI-generated code for bugs, security issues, and code quality
Working knowledge of agentic workflows, agent development, and spec-driven development, including translating low-level design artifacts into structured specifications that guide AI-assisted implementation
Proficiency in prompt engineering and custom instruction authoring, with the ability to define and champion team-level standards for effective AI-assisted development

Required Skills :-

Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Experience modernizing legacy platforms using automation and AI acceleration.
Ability to drive technical innovation and contribute to engineering standards and strategy.
