We’re seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead program level end to end (E2E) test planning and execution across complex, distributed systems. You will own the QA strategy and delivery for high impact initiatives, establish and scale test automation, and drive the readiness of non-production environments and test data so teams can release confidently and on time. This role combines hands on engineering with leadership—partnering with product, engineering, and operations to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

E2E Test Program Execution:

  • Define and govern the programlevel E2E testing approachcovering scope, entry/exit criteria, riskbased test design, crossteam orchestration, status reporting, and issue remediation.
  • Lead multiapplication and partner integrations, coordinating upstream/downstream dependencies, crossdomain scenarios, and releaselevel signoffs.
  • Establish dashboards and operating rhythms (prep, execution, triage, RCA) to ensure transparent, timely progress at the program level.

Test Automation Engineering:

  • Build reliable, maintainable test suites for regression, smoke, and feature validation; enforce code quality practices and coverage goals.
  • Partner with feature teams to embed automation in sprint workflows; mentor SDETs and QA engineers on framework patterns, test design, and tooling.

Test Data & Environment Handling:

  • Own readiness of nonprod environments (availability, configuration, dependencies) and test data (creation, refresh, masking, referential integrity) for E2E scenarios.
  • Drive issue triage and escalation using TEMS workflows (FDR intake, coordination with environment owners) to unblock testing quickly and minimize downtime.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Liaise with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering leads to integrate plans, schedules, and metrics; communicate status, risks, and decisions crisply to leadership.
  • Coach teams on E2E testing best practices, standardize workflows, and promote a culture of “test is production” for developers.
