Organization / Role Description:

​We are looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team as a deep technical contributor. You will focus on delivering high-quality, complex software solutions independently — without people management or team leadership responsibilities — and serve as a trusted expert within the engineering organization

What you have

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Implement — Deliver well-architected, production-ready features and components across the full stack using Java / Spring Boot, .NET, and Angular
Solve Complex Problems — Independently tackle ambiguous, high-difficulty technical challenges across frontend and backend layers with minimal direction
Troubleshoot & Debug — Diagnose and resolve deep technical issues in distributed, enterprise-grade systems; provide root cause analysis and long-term fixes
Code Quality — Produce clean, testable, maintainable code across all layers of the stack; participate in peer code reviews and uphold team engineering standards
Collaborate Effectively — Partner with technical leads, architects, and product owners to refine requirements and deliver within Agile sprint cycles
Continuous Learning — Stay current with evolving technologies, frameworks, and best practices; apply new knowledge to improve existing solutions
What You'll Bring.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of hands-on full stack software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Java / Spring Boot and/or .NET (C#) on the backend and Angular on the frontend
Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver complex features end-to-end across the full stack
Deep understanding of RESTful API design, data modeling, and distributed system patterns
Solid experience with component-based UI development, state management, and Angular best practices
Strong analytical and debugging skills across multi-tier applications
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Peffered Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
Background in financial services or regulated, high-availability environments
Agile/SAFe experience.​
