What you have

Required Skills :-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Product Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar role supporting software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and translating business requirements into technical user stories.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar observability/monitoring platforms
• Working knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including ability to query, filter, aggregate, and interpret semi-structured data.
• Ability to facilitate discussions across business and technical teams and drive consensus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to decompose complex requirements into manageable work items.
• Experience creating process flows, system diagrams, use cases, data mappings, and functional specifications.
• Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, databases, cloud technologies, and modern application architectures.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, GitHub, or similar Agile delivery platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Executes strategies to safeguard business assets by integrating current best practices
• Implements advanced strategies to generate deeper data insights
• Utilizes analytics tools to generate impactful graphical data representations
• Applies measurement systems to assess performance and address process issues
• Optimizes planning and development through advanced tool integration
• Executes predictive and adaptive methodologies to improve stages of the product development life cycle
• Deploys effective program management tactics to manage interrelated projects and overcome operational hurdles
• Validates requirements and constraints to support effective development and operations

Preferred Skills:-

​​• Financial services or fintech industry experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms, workflow systems, orchestration solutions, or operational automation initiatives.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data marts, and reporting layers.
• Experience with MongoDB aggregation pipelines, JSON data structures, and event-based data analysis.
• Ability to combine data from multiple sources to create end-to-end views of process health, delivery status, or platform performance.
•SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis certifications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and Test-Driven Development.
