Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, with 4+ years of Cybersecurity Experience.
  • Production support duties for the IAM team, including troubleshooting connector issues, monitoring data, and debugging approval requests.
  • Work with IAM products (OIM, IIQ, PING).
  • Administer IAM systems and resolve issues.
  • Investigate security/user incidents and resolve access-related issues.
  • Perform daily monitoring of IAM systems and handle incidents.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate daily with onsite teams to understand new processes and bridge any knowledge gaps in resolving issues.
  • Mentor junior resources, provide KT, and help them understand the system.
  • Work closely with peer groups to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ability to work on weekends on occasional basis.

  • Bachelor Degree - Computer Science
  • 4+ years Cybersecurity experience
