Role Description

This Senior QA Engineer leads program-level end-to-end test planning and execution across complex distributed systems. The role owns QA strategy and delivery, scales automation, and drives non-production environment andtestdata readiness so teams can release confidently and on time.

What you have


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and govern program-level E2E testing scope, entry/exit criteria, risk-based design, cross-team orchestration, status reporting, and remediation.
  • Lead multi-application and partner integrations, dependencies, cross-domain scenarios, and release-levelsign-offs.
  • Establish dashboards and operating rhythms for preparation, execution, triage, and RCA.
  • Build reliable and maintainable test suites for regression, smoke, and feature validation.
  • Embed automation into sprint workflows and mentor SDETs and QA engineers on framework patterns and test design.
  • Own non-production environment readiness and test data readiness for E2E scenarios.
  • Coordinate with product owners, scrum masters, engineering leads, and leadership on status, risks, and decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 - 8 years in Software QA Engineering withcomplex-programdelivery experience.
  • 2+ years leading E2E test programs across multiple applications and partners.
  • 2+yearsdeveloping, executing, andmaintainingautomation frameworks for web services and database testing.
  • 1 - 5 years of hands-on UI/API/service test automation, framework design, and CI/CD integration.
  • Experience with multi-year QA roadmaps and program-level test strategies.
  • Proven stakeholder collaboration, communication of risks andsign-offs, E2E/UAT coordination, test environment and data pipeline leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with open-source test automation tools such as Karate,SOATest, Selenium, or similar.Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, Splunk, Postman, andMabltools.
  • Ability to provide QA sign-off, RCA recommendations, risk-based testing, test approach governance, quality deliverables,accuratereporting, and risk/issue management.

    Preferred Qualifications
  • ExpertiseinSAFeand Scrum.
  • Test automation and process optimization framework design and implementation.
  • Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Splunk, Postman, andMabl.
  • Hands-on coding with Java/Javascript/Selenium/BDD automation frameworks.
  • Exploratory testing, JIRA/MTM, Zephyr/HPQ, distributed QA project delivery, service virtualization, test data management, risk assessment, CI/CD, Lean DevOps, and financial/move money/payment/trading domain experience.
