Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate technical discussions and drive solutions forward to achieve business needs and ensure alignment to strategic technology vision.
  • Manage and coordinate team interaction with business, technology and ops support partners.
  • Develop and deliver product roadmaps, drive business and client solutions.
  • Identify gaps/risks early and establish mitigation plans (both technical and people).
  • Continually strive for improvements in process, application time-to-market and quality.
  • Build relationships with key leaders in other groups.
  • Provide hands-on technical mentoring when necessary.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of advanced development experience in C# .Net, .NET Core, and understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with database (SQL / NoSQL) architecture, design and implementation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with modern streaming and messaging architecture, design and implementation (RabbitMQ, Kafka and Solace or similar messaging platforms).
  • Minimum of 3 years team leadership experience.
  • Exceptional experience designing and implementing REST based Web Service API(s), Event-drive driven architecture and frameworks and building enterprise scale web solutions n-tier architecture using open-source technologies (MVC. Angular), Microsoft Web API, and cloud-ready applications (AWS, Azure, GCF, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, or similar cloud infrastructure).
  • Expert (minimum of 6 years) in Software Quality Assurance practices (black box testing, risk-based testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing practices)
  • Expertise in test automation tools such as Quick Test Professional, Selenium, Load Runner, JMeter, SOAP UI, ReqNRoll Cucumber or other industry leading tool sets and the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Zephyr, Confluence).
  • Advanced understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts, unit testing principles and implementations, API test automation techniques as well as automated deployment pipeline tool.
  • Advanced understanding of latest Architecture and principles Development Standards, Guidelines and SOLID.
  • Advanced understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
  • Experience, understanding and leveraging AI tools like MS Copilot through IDE, CLI or direct application access to guide adoption of AI tools across team(s) to deliver client solutions with higher quality more efficiently.
  • Should be comfortable in a fast-paced customer focused environment that continually embraces the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Independently plans own work and are accountable to meet schedules and deliverables.
  • Self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
  • Ability to analyze, propose and implement timely, cost effective, quality solutions for all issues or problems within area of responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for composing and delivering technical presentations or other forms of documentation to various levels of technical and non-technical management.
  • Experience providing guidance, direction, and feedback to other technical staff to meet agreed upon objective.
