Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with product owners and cross‑functional team members to decompose requirements, design scalable features, and prioritize delivery across the backlog.
• Prototype, validate, and deliver targeted application solutions that address business needs, leveraging AI and data‑driven approaches where applicable.
• Lead teams through the full development lifecycle, ensuring reliable execution of the CI/CD pipeline and successful delivery of software products to Production.
• Apply strong industry, market, and competitive awareness to inform technical and business decisions that drive strategic outcomes for the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Project Management, Business, QA, and Technology Operations to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of software initiatives.
• Proactively identify technology risks, dependencies, and AI‑related considerations (data quality, model governance, security) and establish effective mitigation plans.
• Produce and maintain key technical artifacts, including software architecture documentation, technical use cases, AI design considerations, and code review packages.
• Mentor and develop team members, strengthening their technical, AI, and domain expertise while fostering an understanding of industry and market dynamics.
• Leverage broad technical expertise—including AI/ML‑assisted development, automation, and modern engineering practices—to resolve complex issues and consider enterprise‑wide impact.
• Actively seek and evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and engineering best practices to improve developer productivity, software quality, and innovation.
• Coordinate with business‑aligned teams to review and adjust strategies for application maintenance, operational support, and continuous improvement.
• Support system integration efforts to build cohesive, end‑to‑end solutions across distributed subsystems.
• Partner with release management to assemble releases, streamline release processes, and drive continuous delivery improvements.
• Demonstrate strong written communication skills, tailoring technical and business content for diverse stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and impact.​

What you have

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of strong backend development experience using C# and .NET technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience leading development teams and successfully delivering complex, large‑scale initiatives within established timelines.
• Proven ability to design solutions and collaborate across teams to strengthen application support, stability, and operability.
• Experience enhancing engineering processes to ensure legal, regulatory, ethical, and AI‑related data compliance, including privacy and governance considerations.
• Strong skill in decomposing epics into well‑defined user stories and actively engaging stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives.
• Deep expertise in .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and UML, with the ability to apply architectural best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in object‑oriented design, design patterns, and end‑to‑end application development and maintenance.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing REST‑based APIs in high‑throughput, transaction‑processing environments.
• Hands‑on experience with event‑driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
• Strong background in cloud‑native application development and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in building enterprise‑scale, n‑tier web solutions using modern front‑end frameworks (Angular or React), Microsoft Web APIs, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated proficiency in web technologies including Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with modern architecture standards, engineering guidelines, and SOLID design principles.
• Exposure to AI‑enabled development practices, such as AI‑assisted coding, intelligent automation, API integration with AI services, or leveraging data and analytics to improve system behavior and developer productivity.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments that continuously adopt emerging technologies, modern tooling, and AI‑driven innovations.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, principles, and ceremonies.
• Self‑motivated, innovative, and effective at proposing pragmatic solutions to complex, time‑critical problems.
• Proven ability to analyze issues and deliver timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality solutions within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical concepts and documentation to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred experience with distributed, multi‑tier applications, and both SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands‑on experience building applications using event‑streaming technologies and protocols such as Kafka.
• Demonstrates strong ownership by independently planning work, meeting schedules, and delivering against defined commitments.
