What you have

Required Skills :-

​​•Experience with leading development on OpenText Exstream, Customer Communication Management Systems and document rendering
•Experience implementing various input/reference/connector formats supported by the Exstream product, including but not limited to - Flat files, XML, MQ, SOAP, JSON, ODBC/JDBC, Custom DDA implementations
•Experience implementing and detailed structural troubleshooting of various multi/omni-channel output formats, including but not limited to - AFP, PDF, XML, HTML5
•Strong programming and design experience with distributed service based applications using Java, Spring or Python
•Practical familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code is expected.
•Uses AI assistance for common dev tasks (code suggestions, test generation, review support, automation scripts, troubleshooting) with clear ownership for correctness and quality.
•Familiar with agentic workflows, spec-driven development (translating low-level design artifacts such as class structures, API contracts, and data models into structured specs that guide AI-assisted implementation)
•Experience designing and managing AI agents that execute multi-step software delivery workflows.
•Ability to integrate agents with engineering tools (Git, CI/CD, issue trackers, test frameworks, cloud platforms).
•Skill in defining guardrails, approvals, and escalation paths for safe autonomous execution.
•Ability to monitor agent outcomes, handle exceptions, and continuously improve reliability.
•Experience measuring agent effectiveness using engineering KPIs such as lead time, defect rate, and deployment success.​

▪Experience with cloud technologies such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry is a plus
▪Understanding of Control-M, legacy and Mainframe based applications is a plus​
