What you have

​​Key Responsibilities:

Design & Implement — Deliver well-architected, production-ready features and components across the full stack using Java, Spring Boot and Angular
Solve Complex Problems — Independently tackle ambiguous, high-difficulty technical challenges across frontend and backend layers with minimal direction
Troubleshoot & Debug — Diagnose and resolve deep technical issues in distributed, enterprise-grade systems; provide root cause analysis and long-term fixes
Code Quality — Produce clean, testable, maintainable code across all layers of the stack; participate in peer code reviews and uphold team engineering standards
Collaborate Effectively — Partner with technical leads, architects, and product owners to refine requirements and deliver within Agile sprint cycles
Continuous Learning — Stay current with evolving technologies, frameworks, and best practices; apply new knowledge to improve existing solutions​.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on full stack software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
• Good understanding of Microservices , RESTful APIs and distributed system patterns.
• Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Experience working with RDBMS systems like MSSQL, Postgres along with data modeling exposure.
• Experience with component-based UI development, state management, and Angular best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms PCF or GCP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Working experience with AI agents and skills to run AI Driven Development Lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments.
• Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership and determination to drive solutions in a collaborative environment.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements creative solutions.
