Identity and Access Management is seeking a Manager Security Developer to oversee major, complex Identity and Access Management initiatives, focusing on IGA technology. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining platform stability, resolving complex production issues, and supporting access governance processes that directly impact thousands of users. The position provides deep exposure to SailPoint operations, production troubleshooting, and cross‑team collaboration, while building strong foundations for advanced IAM engineering growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3 operational support for SailPoint IGA platforms, including incident investigation and resolution for production issues affecting access provisioning and de‑provisioning
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and known errors to support operational maturity and reduce repeat issues
  • Ability to execute approved change tickets and provide operational coverage across different work shifts, as required, to support service continuity and platform stability
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance monitoring, alerting, and reporting capabilities for enterprise IGA platforms, improving detection, response, and operational metrics.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • Direct experience working with SailPoint technology
  • Experience with IGA Operational tasks – Troubleshooting Connector issues, Monitoring and resolving data issues, debugging issues with approval requests
  • Execute approved change, patching, and upgrade activities, validating SailPoint platform health postimplementation
  • Mentor, train, and guide junior engineers, including onboarding new team members, conducting knowledgetransfer sessions, and providing handson coaching during incidents, changes, and operational activities
  • 7+ years’ experience in Java, J2EE, Python, Perl Scripts or any other programing language

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience in Information Security field, Information Technology field
  • Familiarity with change, incident, and problem management processes
  • Experience with multiple LDAP user repositories
  • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, both oral and written skills are required
