Key Responsibilities :

• Lead solution delivery using low code automation tool in Cybersecurity, contributing to critical systems like Identity Access Management, data protection, and vulnerabilities.
• Automation in Cyber Security covers multiple domains to including Identity Access Management, Risk, and Data Loss Prevention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while operating in a fast-paced environment influencing best practices and making a measurable impact on software quality and security.
• Designs, develops, and leads scalable low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including building workflows, applications, and integrations that support business processes and enterprise systems.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to establish best practices, governance, and standards for low-code development, while mentoring team members and driving adoption of reusable components and automation patterns
• Performs complex technical analysis and solution design to solve business challenges, integrating low-code platforms with APIs, on-prem systems, and cloud services, and effectively communicates designs and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Acts as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior engineers and driving quality and consistency in deliverables through clear guidance and best practices

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related degree
• 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise solutions, with strong focus on low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• 5+ years of leading delivery efforts across projects or programs, including solution design, estimation, architecture decisions, and implementation of scalable automation solutions
• 4+ years of mentoring junior developers and engineers on low-code development standards, governance, and best practices
• 3+ years of experience building and managing workflow automation, integrations, and orchestration solutions, including APIs, cloud services, and on-prem systems
• 3+ years of experience working with cybersecurity and regulated environments, including Identity Governance, Authentication, Authorization, or Data Protection
• Strong experience with low-code platform governance and Application Lifecycle Management practices, including environment strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and secure development controls
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, both oral and written
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Self-starter: takes initiative and can work independently
• Well-organized and disciplined with high attention to detail; flexible and adaptable working with various business domains

Preferred Qualifications :

• CISSP or other related certifications are preferred
